コネクトミック&トランスレーショナル認知症研究セクター (Sector for CAT Dr.)
私たちは、基礎研究者と臨床研究者が力を合わせ、ヒトにおけるタウ・ネットワークマッピングと、非ヒト霊長類における遺伝学的回路操作を組み合わせた新たなアプローチで、認知症の病態回路メカニズムの因果的解明、及び認知症に対する新たなニューロモジュレーション治療法の開発を目指しています。またそれと並行して、非ヒト霊長類における遺伝学的回路操作、機能イメージング、及び電気生理の融合により、認知・情動機能を支えるネットワーク作動のマルチスケールな因果的理解を目指した基礎研究も進めています。
